Returns and Exchanges
If there are any issues with sizing or other causes for dissatisfaction, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product.
Important Note: Customized or personalized items, such as Special Patina Shoes made specifically for you, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and unworn. Any items returned in a non-resellable condition will be sent back to the sender. The product must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including the original packaging (Tha Manuel box, cloth bags, and any included accessories). If your purchase included a promotional free gift, this should also be returned along with the product. If the original box is not in good condition, a suitable box of similar size and shape should be used for the return.
All returns must be sent to our Central Office within 30 days of the original purchase. Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive the items in our warehouse and confirm they are in good condition, we will proceed with a refund of the purchase price.
The refund will be issued to the same credit card or bank account used for the original purchase.
Return Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect, where Tha Manuel will cover the return shipping costs. The maximum cost covered by Tha Manuel will be equivalent to the original shipping costs according to our rates.
- We do not accept returns sent with carriage forward.
Returns Due to Defects:
- If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping costs within 10 working days.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., the product fits correctly but is not to your liking), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Exchanges:
- For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the items back to our warehouse. Once we have received the returned items, we will send out the new model or size at no additional cost to the customer. Please note that there may be a wait of around 10 working days, as this is the time needed to prepare the new model chosen by the customer.
