The revised conditions will be published on the same Website. The validity span of these general conditions must consequently correspond with the duration of their exposure, until they are completely or partially amended, at which point the modified general conditions will take effect.

If any provision or provisions of these general conditions are declared null and void or inapplicable, in whole or in part, by any court, tribunal, or competent administrative body, such nullity or derogation shall have no effect on other provisions of the general conditions or any specific conditions of the various possible services provided by Tha Manuel.

1. Specific Registration Conditions

These Specific Registration Conditions are entered into on the one hand by the Website’s Owner, and on the other, by the User, the natural person who has completed the form to create an account and followed the steps indicated on the Website to complete the registration, as well as the acceptance of these Specific Conditions.

1.1. Requirements and Procedure for Opening an Account

To register an account on the Website, the User must be a physical person of legal age under Nigerian law.

The User must first select the “Create Account” option, enter their email address, and then create a password using the form provided. On the Website, the User is likely to encounter links to other web pages via various links, banners, and other third-party-managed elements. Tha Manuel accepts no responsibility for the content or any other part of the websites to which such links may lead. The Website’s establishment of any connection to any other Website does not imply that Tha Manuel and the party responsible for the other Website have a relationship, partnership, or dependency.

Tha Manuel does not guarantee the legality, dependability, or usefulness of services supplied by third parties via the Website, or when Tha Manuel solely serves as an advertising medium or intermediary service provider.

Tha Manuel is not liable for any damages caused by third-party services provided through this page, nor for any contents, information, or services to which the Website may link, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful components resulting from such third-party services.

6. Infringements

The Owner may censure any Users who fail to comply with the terms and conditions that apply to them and may prevent them from using the Website temporarily or permanently. The term of the sentence will vary depending on the type of infringement. Under no circumstances will such a restriction of access entitle you to compensation.

7. Compensation

Any form of damages, losses, or expenditures (including attorneys’ and/or solicitors’ fees) resulting from a breach by the User of these Conditions or any other applicable conditions incurred by the Owner shall be paid for by the User who caused them. This includes any third-party claims arising from such noncompliance.
